- 4What is the return policy on RXL products?
Return due to Damage or Non Conformance:
In the event that a customer or distributor would like to return a product for any reason, a written notification to RXL Inc. must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The written notification should contain the original purchase order to RXL Inc, date, part #, and reason for return. Photos are preferred.
Distributors may request authorization to return material to Supplier once per quarter for full credit toward future purchases. Returns will be allowed for all products purchased within the previous twelve (12) months which remain as active items in Supplier’s product offering or price list. Distributor will return material only after obtaining authorization from Supplier. Distributor will bear the cost of freight for return to Supplier. Supplier will issue full credit to the Distributor for use against future purchases.
For material beyond Supplier’s warranty date, or for material which must be repackaged at Supplier’s expense, Distributor will pay an appropriate restocking charge not to exceed fifteen percent (15%).
